Sausage Brunch Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

Sausage

Can Pet Evaporated milk
1 ½
Slices bread, cubed

Eggs

Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

  1. Prepare evening before.
  2. Cook sausage & drain thoroughly on paper towels.
  3. Beat the eggs & evaporated milk slightly.
  4. Add sausage, cubed bread & cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour into 9 x 9" casserole.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
  8. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until firm in a preheated 350 degree oven.
  9. Onions, green peppers & mushrooms can also be added.
