Sausage Brunch Casserole Recipe

Can Pet Evaporated milk
1 ½
Slices bread, cubed

Eggs

Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
- Prepare evening before.
- Cook sausage & drain thoroughly on paper towels.
- Beat the eggs & evaporated milk slightly.
- Add sausage, cubed bread & cheddar cheese.
- Pour into 9 x 9" casserole.
- Cover with foil.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until firm in a preheated 350 degree oven.
- Onions, green peppers & mushrooms can also be added.
