Sweet onions, sliced

Ritz crackers, crushed

Sausage meat, browned in a skillet and drained

Salt

Seasoning salt

Cream of mushroom soup

Cheddar cheese, grated

Jar pimento pepper
Directions
- Put half the onions in bottom if 12 x 7 inch dish.
- Sprinkle Ritz crackers on top of onions.
- Add Sausage meat.
- On top of this put the rest of the onions.
- Pour cream of mushroom soup over all this; add salt and seasoning salt.
- Sprinkle layer of cheese and pimento.
- Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for an hour.
